A medical practice that looks as Good as it Cares.

A+P House Calls brings nurse practitioners directly to patients’ homes. The practice had a strong clinical reputation and almost no digital presence to match it. We rebuilt everything — ten pages, a social ad campaign, SEO, and a booking flow that actually converts.

The situation

A practice built on word of mouth and nothing else.

Jennifer Tempesta and Lisa Pfeifer built A+P House Calls on clinical excellence — a nurse practitioner-led practice that treats patients in their homes, from pediatric sick visits to senior chronic care management to IV therapy. The reputation was real. The web presence wasn’t.

The existing site did little more than confirm the practice existed. No clear positioning, no differentiated service messaging, no SEO structure, and no booking flow. A+P was losing new patients to practices with worse care and better websites.

24 page site covering every service line, from adult and pediatric house calls to IV therapy, weight loss, CPR training, and telemedicine. Each service page written and structured for search.

SEO & GEO Setup

Full on-page SEO audit and rewrite across all pages. JSON-LD schema for LocalBusiness and MedicalOrganization, FAQ optimization, meta tags, and sitemap. Optimized for AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity,etc) as well as Google.

Social Ad Creative

Meta ad campaign covering A+P’s core service lines. Static and video creative built to perform for the Long Island and Queens demographic. Copy hooks written for each service audience.

HIPAA-Compliant Forms

Custom appointment request form built to HIPAA standards. Integrated into the Framer site via HIPAAtizer, no third-party EMR required, no patient data at risk.

Brand Voice & Copy

Service descriptions, team bios, headlines, and page copy written across the full site. Tone: warm, clinical, and honest. No stock medical clichés, no compassionate care filler.

AI-Generated Hero Imagery

Custom brand photography generated via Midjourney & Higgsfield AI pipeline. Authentic, real in-home care scenes built to match the brand, no stock photography, no generic clinical imagery & no plastic AI look.

01 / Audit

Start with what’s broken

Before touching design, the existing site was audited top to bottom. Crawl issues, missing schema, thin service pages, no local SEO structure, no differentiation between the five distinct business models the practice runs. The audit became the brief.

02 / Architecture

Map the services before designing the pages

A+P offers 15+ services across adult care, pediatric care, senior care, cash-pay wellness, and allied health. Each has a different buyer, a different search intent, and a different compliance posture. The site architecture was built around those distinctions — not flattened into a single services page.

03 / Design & Build

Ten pages, one visual language

Built in Framer. A calm, trustworthy palette ,navy and warm cream, with typography that reads as clinical without feeling cold. Every page was built to convert a specific audience, not just to look good in a browser screenshot.

04 / Campaign

Ads that match the site

The Meta ad campaign was designed to drive traffic to a site that was actually ready to receive it. Hook copy was written separately for each service audience , a parent looking for a pediatrician makes a different decision than an adult child looking for senior care management. Those are two different ads.
